About Villa Belle
Villa Belle is located in the tranquility, in the second most mountainous location in Arboleas, in Los Higuerales. (Province of Almeria - Andalusia).
You have a beautiful view of the mountains and untouched nature.
The region has the highest number of hours of sunshine and the least rainfall in Europe.

We chose the name Belle for the villa. The interior is cozy in Spanish style and gives the opportunity to spend your holiday with family or friends.
Bedroom layout
Villa Belle can accommodate up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms:
- Bedroom Belle is on the left. This is the largest (15 m²) and has an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet with a dressing room.
- Bedroom Aerjen is equipped for the kids with 1 bunk bed (10 m²), spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- Bedroom Célien is equipped for 2 persons (13 m²) with a wardrobe and make-up table.
- Bedroom Quinten is located in the back on the right and is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and dresser. (14 m²)
- Between the bedrooms Célien and Quinten there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
Prices:
- Price per week during high season (July-Aug) : € 1.100
- Price per week during mid season (May-June-Sept) : € 850
- Price per week during low season (Oct till April): € 650
The final cleaning is obligatory and costs: € 150.
The consumption of water, gas and electricity is included in the price.
Prices for long term stays:
- Long term stay is negotiable.
- The costs for water and electricity are paid in full by the tenant.
Check-in / Check-out:
- Check-in: between 4 pm and 5 pm.
- Check-out: before 10 am.
Damage caused to movable or immovable property or other objects, will be charged. If necessary you can submit an expense report to your insurance company.

Area
The immediate area offers many possibilities.
At 10 min you arrive in Albox and is a typical Spanish market town in the northeastern part of Valle del Almanzora with all kinds of shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars, municipal swimming pool, etc.
Arboleas is a smaller town on the banks of the dry Almanzora River and is a 15 min drive away. There you will also find supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants, …
The villa is ideally located to explore the wider area.
You can visit the Tabernas desert, the Gabo de Gata-Nijar Natural Park, Almeria, Mojacar, Garrucha, Vera, Cartagena, Cuevas del Almanzora and so much more.
In winter you can go skiing in the Sierra Nevada.
In less than 40 minutes you are at the Mediterranean Sea, a coast with beautiful sandy beaches and beautiful bays.
Accessibility
Nearest airport is Almeria (LEI) at 1h 15 min, 108 km.
Airport Murcia International Airport is 123 km, 1h 30 min.
Alicante airport is 188 km, 2 hours drive.
We recommend that our guests rent a car.
This is the best way to explore the region. It is also the only way to get to your accommodation from the airport.
